Food For Life: Diabetes Initiative: Join Leah Ogeto every Monday for 8 weeks, starting April 14 from 6-8pm at the church gym for nutrition and cooking classes. Each class will include nutrition information, delicious recipes, cooking demonstrations, and some good food to try!
